How many of you consultant friends have heard of the issue, “I updated the Planned Compensation record on the Job, but I do not see it reflected in employee’s Basic Pay record immediately or even when I am running a new action”?

Following my usual approach to such ECM related issues, I pinged my TATME (Tall Asian Talent Management Expert) friend who also happens to be an ECM Expert. He took no time to respond me with one liner: RHECM_UPD_0008_FROM_1005.
